Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical application value endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of duodenal hookworm disease. Method: After our electronic gastroscopy diagnosis of duodenal ancylostomi-asis 89 patients were retrospectively analyzed, and discussed electronic gastroscope in diagnosis and treatment of duodenal hookworm disease. Result: The clinical electronic gastroscope endoscopic check 100 patients, 89 diagnosed with duodenal hookworm disease, main show is microscopically about 10-15mmx0.7-0.5mm long insect body with red, ivory, living for translucent, adsorption to the bowel wall mucosa, more focus on intestinal drop segment and intestinal bulb, show the snake sample tortuous and earthworm sample peristalsis.
