Abstract
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of EZH2 and PTEN in the tissues of cervical carcinoma and cervical precancerous lesion. Method: The expressions of EZH2 and PTEN protein were detected by immunohistochemistry method in the tissues of invasive carcinoma of cervix utery and cervical precancerous lesion. Analysis the expression relationship between EZH2 and PTEN in the cervical carcinoma. Result: In normal cervical tissue, none of them has EZH2 expression and all of them has PTEN expression. The ratio of EZH2 expression in CIN and cervical carcinoma was 47. 5% and 75. 0% respectively, while PTEN expression in CIN and cervical carcinoma was 72. 5% and 15. 0% . The expression of EZH2 and PTEN protein in cervical carcinoma was differed significantly with histological differentiation, lymphatic metastasis and infiltration depth(P<0.05). The expression of EZH2 was negatively correlated with PTEN(P<0.05). Conclusion: EZH2 and PTEN may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of cervical squamous cell cancer, and can be the indexes for estimating the level of malignant and progression of cervical carcinoma.关键词
