负压封闭引流术治疗四肢骨折合并严重软组织损伤的临床疗效观察
The Observation of Vacuum Sealing Drainage for Limb Fractures with Severe Soft Tissue Injury

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage for limb fractures with severe soft tissue injury. Method: Set limb fractures with severe soft tissue injury patients cannl be a suture line treated vacuum sealing drainage in our hospital as the observation group, set the materials of patients treated with the conventional dressing therapy handled before of our hospital as the control group, compared the clinical effect and healing time three weeks after treatment of two group. Result: The cure rate of control group and the observation group was 96. 52, 96. 15% respectirely, the cure rate of observation group was significantl higher than control group, P<0.01. Conclusion: The effect of vacuum sealing drainage for limb fractures with severe soft tissue injury is exact, simple and easy, it is suitable for primary health care sector.关键词
