食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Netrin-1的表达
Expression of Netrin-1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To explore the correlation of Netrin-1 mRNA and protein expression with the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma( ESCC ). Methods: PV9000 immunohistochemical method and in situ hybridization method were used to detect the expression of NeLrin-1 protein and mRNA in 40 cases of ESCC and 40 cases of normal esophageal mucosa. Results: Positive expression rate of NeLrin-1 proLein was 47. 5% ( 19/40 )in ESCC tissue, which was higher than that( 5. 0% ,2/40 )in normal esophageal epiLhelial tissue(χ2= 18. 660 ,P < 0. 001 ). PosiLive expression raLe of Netrin-1 mRNA was 52. 5%( 21/40 )in ESCC tissue, which was higher than that( 5. 0% ,2/40 )in normal esophageal epiLhelial Lissue(χ2 = 22. 029 ,P < 0. 001 ). Expressions of Netrin-1 mRNA and proLein were associated with hisLological grade, invasive depth,lymph node metasLasis and TNM staging (χ2mRNN = 12.420,12.477,9. 528,10. 566 ,χ2protein = 8. 878 ,8. 021 , 8. 338 ,9. 950 ,P < 0. 05 ). There was posiLive correlaLion between the proLein and mRNA expressions of Netrin-1 in ESCC Lissue( rp = 0. 517 ,P < 0. 001 ). Conclusion :Expression of NeLrin-1 has relation with paLhogenesis and developmenL of ESCC and maybe a new assistant marker for prognosis of ESCC.关键词
