西部民族地区某高校大学生城居医保参保情况及影响因素分析
Analysis of the urban resident's basic medical insurance system and the influencing factors of undergraduates in a national college from west area of china

Abstract
Aim :To analyze the present situation of the urban resident' s basic medical insurance system( URBMIS ) of undergraduates from west national regions. Methods: A total of 627 undergraduates from some college in national regions were sampled randomly to conduct questionaire survey about URBMIS. Results : 64. 9% undergraduates knew little about URBMIS,and the insurance coverage rate was 38. 4% . The main reason of nonparticipant included unnecessary( 28. 3% ), other kinds of insurance( 23. 3% ) and the economy(21. 4% ). The main complaints about URBMIS included the low reimbursement rate, complicated procedure of reimbursement,etc. Conclusion : The insurance coverage rate is lower in national regions. The mechanism of financing and the quality of the medical service should be improved to establish a multiform, sustainable undergraduates' medical insurance system.关键词
