芦丁锗的抗氧化能力观察
Antioxidant activity of rutin-Ge(Ⅳ) complex
摘要
Abstract
Aim : To detect the antioxidant activity of rutin-Ge( IV ) complex. Methods: Rutin-Ge( IV ) was obtained from rutin and germanium dioxide under the catalysis of alkali. The antioxidant activity of rutin-Ge( IV ) complex was evaluated by the DPPH radical scavenging activity. RGSUltS:The UV spectra of the complex was shifted to the long-wavelength region with the extension of the conjugated system. The scavenging activity of the complex( EC50 =55. 84 mg/L ) was better than rutin( EC50 =58.95 mg/L ). Conclusion : The antioxidant activity of rutin-Ge( IV ) is better than rutin, and rutin-Ge ( IV ) could be a novel free radical scavenger.关键词
