人脐带间充质干细胞治疗失代偿期肝硬化的疗效观察

Abstract
Aim:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells on patients with decompensated
cirrhosis. Methods : According to Child-Pugh class,42 patients belonged to B or C. Among them, 22 patients were treated with umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells( observation group ), and 20 patients only accepted support treatment(control group ). The clinical symptoms , manifestation , biochemical test, and prothrombinal function were observed in both groups before and at the iourlh and eighth week alter treatment. Results: Alter treatment, the alanine amin-otransferase, total bilirubin, and ammonia decreased, and albumin levels increased; the prothrombin activity increased and prothrombin time deereased( P < 0. 05 ); the clinical symptoms and manifestation in the 2 groups improved, especially the observation group. Conclusion : The human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell therapy could improve the symptoms and biochemical functions of patients with decompensated cirrhosis. It is clinical efficient as well as safety.关键词
