Depression state and influencing factors of late trimester pregnant females
摘要
Abstract
To explore the depression state and influencing factors of late trimester pregnant females. Methods: Edinburgh postnatal depression and social support rating scale and self made "general information questionnaire" were administered to 222 pregnant women during their third pregnant trimester. Results: The incidence of depression was 29.7% ( 66/222 ). Medium social support, history of infertility, and high gender expect were risk factors, and the OR value( 95% CI) was 6.065( 1. 157~31.802 ),3.356( 1.005 ~ 11.205 ),3.582( 1.511~8.488 );good mother in-law and daughter-in-law relation, achieving pregnant women school' s course, and high family income were protective factors, and the OR value ( 95% CI) was 0. 138( 0. 059 ~ 0. 322 ) ,0. 149( 0. 030 ~ 0. 737 ) ,0. 302( 0. 103 ~ 0. 884 ). Conclusion: Depression is common in late trimester pregnant women. More attention should be paid to antenatal depression.关键词
