The Research of VEGF and AMD
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Overview the research of VEGF (Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF) and AMD (agerelated macular degeneration, AMD). Methods: Analysis the information of VEGF and AMD in recent years. Results: It has an in-depth research on the structure and function of VEGF and the treatment of AMD in recent years. There is a close relationship between VEGF and AMD. Conclusion:The growth of blood vessels are the key steps of age related macular degeneration; senile macular degeneration. Vascular endothelial growth played a important role, the research of VEGF and AMD can provide the basis of pathogenesis to AMD,prevention and treatment.关键词
