Treatment Characteristics of Qian Yi for Malnutrition of Children
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To analyze the academic thinking of Qian Yi in treating malnutrition of children. Methods; Argument and treatment methods of Qian Yi in malnutrition of children were collected and organized to analyze his academic content. Results;.Qian Yi set forth the pathogenesis of exhaustion of jinye in spleen and stomach,revealed that the essence of malnutrition was the exhaustion of jinye,first adopted the method of supporting spleen and nourishing stomach,pointed out that the nourishment of stomach yin should be emphasized at the beginning of disease and supporting spleen yang was the priority for long illness and created Baizhu Powder for the beginning stage of malnutrition and Yihuang Powder (also known as Bupi Powder) for the late stage of malnutrition. Conclusion;For the treatment of children with malnutrition, Qian Yi would analyze comprehensively, balance the advantages and disadvantages and prudently select the medicines and formulae, thus establishing norms and models of medicines and formulae of pediatrics in clinic for future generations.关键词
