清热养阴汤治疗鼻咽癌放疗后急性口咽黏膜反应的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Qingre Yangyin Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Oropharyngeal Mucosa Reaction after Radiotherapy of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of acute oropharyngeal mucosa reaction after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods: 84 cases NPC patients were divided into two groups with the method of random number table. 44 cases in the treatment group were also given self formulated Qingre Yangyin Decoction on the first day of radiotherapy;40 cases in the control group were given vitamin B12 tablets on the first day of radiotherapy. Clinical efficacy and immune parameters were observed dynamically before and after treatment. Results;The efficiency of the treatment group was 84. 1% while the control group was 67.5%. Efficiency difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion:Qingre Yangyin Decoction can achieve better efficacy in improving immune function of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,preventing and treating oropharyngeal mucosa reaction after radiotherapy.关键词
