Research Progress of Pulmonary Vascular Remodeling for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To investigate the research progress of pulmonary vascular remodeling for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods;The relevant literature in recent years was summed up,summarized and analyzed. Results: At present,studies have shown that pulmonary vascular remodeling of COPD and pulmonary hypertension is the key link to the development of pulmonary heart disease. ET - 1 ,TGF -β,VEGF,bFGF,CTGF and other cytokines were involved and affected the vascular remodeling. Conclusion:Un derstanding changes of related cytokine expression of vascular remodeling for COPD can bring about a far - reaching impact for the mechanism of disease development and the clinical treatment of COPD.关键词
