摘要
Abstract
Objective;To explore the origin of six meridians in Shanghanlun in order to enable beginners to have a better understanding of the meanings of the original texts in the book. Methods;With pipe network in the building as an analogy,a brief analysis of some concepts related with Shanghan theory,such as zang and fu,yin and yang,meridians and collaterals was conducted and the concept of six meridians as well as the three stages of naming, combination with name and form and combination of name and form with image were pointed out. It was indicated that the essence of syndrome differentiation of six meridians was the analysis of six factors, such as the cause, property, location, time, quantity and tendency and its extension was the basis of all later dialectical approaches of traditional Chinese medicine. The conditions and manners of the transmission and changes of Shanghan were also proposed. Results: The twelve regular meridians were regarded to be named according to the yin, yang, hand, foot, zang and fu respectively. If right - left and hand - foot were not differentiated, then there were six meridians. Transmission and change as well as syndrome differentiation of six meridians were brought forth accordingly. Conclusion;The syndrome differentiation of six meridians is evolved from Huangdi Neijing,but also has become the basis for the methods created by future generations such as syndrome differentiation of eight principals, syndrome differentiation of zang and fu and syndrome differentiation of triple energizer etc.关键词
