Clinical Experiences of Professor Jin Ji Ling in Treating the White Lesions of Vulva by Using Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To summarize the Clinical experiences of Professor Jin Ji Ling in treating the white lesions of vulva by using oral administration of Chinese medicine and external treatment. Methods:The internal treatment was mainly for regulating and nourishing liver and kidney with the method of nourishing yin and moistening dryness and nourishing blood and eliminating wind pathogen. The external treatment was mainly for clearing heat and dampness and removing wind pathogen to arrest itching. Results; The etiology of this disease is related with liver and kidney essence deficiency and the vulvar dystrophy. The treatment principle should combine the internal treatment and external treatment with the internal treatment mainly for regulating and nourishing liver and kidney and external treatment mainly for clearing heat and dampness and removing wind pathogen to arrest itching. Conclusion: The use of Chinese medicine for oral administration and external treatment could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of white lesions of vulva.
