毛细管气相色谱法测定南阳道地药材唐半夏的有机氯农药残留
Determination of the Organochlorine Pesticide Residue in Pinellia Ternata of Nanyang Genuine Medicinals with the Method of Capillary Gas Chromatography
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To determine the organochlorine pesticide residue in Pinellia temata of Nanyang genuine medicinals. Methods:DB -1701 elasticity quartz capillary column method was adopted to separate;63Ni -ECD was used to determine,and external standard method was applied to count content. Results;All the samples determined had pesticide residue to different degrees but the content did not exceed, normal standard. Conclusion:GC has the characteristics of handling easily and simply,analyzing with fast speed,separating with high efficiency,high sensitivity and extensive application range. In the field of analysis on organochlorine pesticide,GC still possesses absolute advantage.关键词
