Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of the combined Buqi Tongluo Decoction and western medicine in treating acute cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods;90 cases of patients were divided into two groups according to random number table methods. The control group (42 cases) was given routine treatment of western medicine such as expanding cerebral blood vessels,restraining platelet aggregation,nourishing brain cells,and the like. The treatment group (48 cases) was given Buqi Tongluo Decoction based on the treatment given to the control group,with water decocting and one dose one day. 28 days were regarded as one course of treatment in both groups and curative effects were observed after two courses. Results;In the control group (42 cases) ,15 cases cured;4 cases had excellent therapeutic effects; 10 cases had some therapeutic effects;9 cases had no effects;3 cases were deteriorated;! cases died and the effective rate is 69.05%. In the treatment group (48 cases) ,21 cases were recovered;15 cases had excellent therapeutic effects;7 cases had some therapeutic effects;3 cases had no effects;2 cases were deteriorated with no case died and the effective rate is 89.58%. Comparison between the two groups showedχ2 =5. 904,P = 0.015. The difference had marked statistics significance and the treatment group was superior to the control group;Both groups completed the research ( except for dead cases) , with good compliance and no adverse drug reaction. Conclusion: The combination of Buqi Tongluo Decoction and western medicine has excellent curative effects in treating acute cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.关键词
