针刀手法艾灸治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察
Clinical Observation on Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Sequential Needle-Knife Therapy and Moxibustion
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of sequential needle-knife therapy and moxibustion for treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods:Sequential treatment of needle-knife therapy with moxibustion was applied. Results: 143 knees were cured (41. 33% ) ;141 knees were markedly effective (40.75% ) ;51 knees were effective (14. 74% ) ;11 knees were ineffective (3. 78% ). The total effective rate was 96.22%. 89 cases were followed up for 1 -2a, which showed 85 cases (114 knees) without recurrence ,4 cases (4 knees) with varying degrees of recurrence. Conclusion:This therapy is safe,effective and easy to be performed.
