MAP沉淀法去除渗滤液中低浓度氨氮
Treatment of low concentration ammonium nitrogen in landfill leachate with MAP precipitation

Abstract
The effects of solution pH value, stirring time, Mg: N, and N: P molar ratios on removals of low ammonium nitrogen concentration were investigated using struvite precipitation. A quadratic statistical modeling was applied to investigate the improvement availability for high-level removal of ammonium-nitrogen. The three-level-four-variable central composite design (CCD) was proposed by Design Expert Software (version 7. 1. 3). The fit summary suggested that the quadratic models were the most appropriate one among all of the polynomial models to simulate NH4-N removal and remaining PO3-4P concentration. Under optimum conditions of pH 10, Mg: N molar ratio of 1. 41, N: P molar ratio of 1. 34, the highest NH4-N removal 71. 2% was achieved and nearly no PO3-4-P left in the treated leachate. The treated effluent met the new discharge standards of China. The XRD pattern indicated that the main precipitated crystal was struvite.关键词
