Dynamic analysis of dust dislodgement from pulse-jet cartridge filter

摘要

Abstract

The pulse-jet cleaning effect of 0325 mm × 660 mm cartridge filter was studied through adopting common nozzle and induce nozzle. The experiment tested the peak pulse overpressure inside the filter and the pressure rise rate, and dynamic analyzer camera was used to shot the dust removal process. The results show that the order of dust dislodgment is from top to bottom in turn. There' re some indices to evaluate the intensity of pulse-jet cleaning, such as the first and the highest peak pulse overpressure inside the filter, and the pressure rise rate. Meanwhile, experimental results show that the first shock due to the first peak pulse overpressure, which play a decisive role to cartridge filter pulse-jet cleaning, and the effect of the highest peak pulse overpressure result from return flow is weaker. The pressure rise rate can' t evaluate pulse-jet cleaning intensity completely. It's also showed that adopting induce nozzle can build a good flow distribution inside the cartridge filter to improve pulse-jet cleaning efficiency.
