摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the response of soil biomass C and N to the conditions of temperature and moisture, laboratory experiments were carried out to examine the effects of different bio-fertilizers on soil microbial biomass C and N with different temperature (25,35℃)and field moisture capacity (45% ,60% ,75% ,90%). In this study,four treatments consisted of organic fertilizer only (CK),Zhonghe bio-fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer (ZHH),NST bio-fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer (NST) and BIO bio-fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer (BIO). Results showed that CK had the optimal soil microbial biomass under the condition of temperature 25℃ and field moisture capacity 75%; Both ZHH and NST had the optimal soil microbial biomass under the condition of temperature 25 °C and field moisture capacity 60%; BIO had a strong suitability of temperature and moisture, getting the optimal soil microbial biomass under the condition of temperature 25 °C and field moisture capacity 60% or 75%.
