众香子叶油挥发性成分分析及其在卷烟中的应用
Analysis of Volatile Components in Pimenta dioica Leaf Oil and Its Application in Cigarette
摘要
Abstract
In order to analyze volatile components in Pimenta dioica leaf oil and its application in cigarette,the aroma components of Pimenta dioica were extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction equipment(SDE). Thirty-six aroma components were isolated by capillary GC-MS method,amounting to 91. 43% of total mass fraction,and 29 compounds of them were identified. The relative contents were determined by area normalizing method, indicating that the main flavor compounds were eugenol(30. 84%),4-methyl-5-(3-methyl-5-isoxazolyl)-thiazole(11.86%),iso-eugenol(10.44%) .cajeputol(6.01%), 1,5,5,8-methyl nerolidol(3.64%) , etc. In the tobacco flavoring experiment, it showed that extraction of Pimenta dioica could efficiently reduce offensive odor,make tobacco smoke smooth and fine,and improve smoking quality of the cigarettes.关键词
