薄荷油微胶囊的制备及其在卷烟中的应用

Abstract
In order to research the preparation of volatile peppermint oil microcapsules and the application effect on high-end cigarette, the microcapsules of peppermint oil were prepared by solvent dehydration and phase separation-coacervation method, and added into cigarette filter. The peppermint oil contents of microcapsules were 11. 96% and 16. 30% ,respectively,which were prepared by solvent dehydration method and phase separation-coacervation method, revealing a good effect on the fragrance, comfort and savor of the Yunnan cigarette series. The optimum dosage of peppermint oil microcapsules was 10 mg/cig in Yunyan (Xiaoxiongmao) , Yunyan (Ruanzhen) and Yunyan (Yinxianghong) and 15 mg/cig in Yunyan (Yinxiangzong). Added 10 mg/cig peppermint oil microcapsules to Yunyan (Ruanzhen) cigarette filter,which were prepared by solvent dehydration and phase separation-coacervation method separately,the average contents of peppermint oil respectively were 0. 502 mg and 0. 567 mg in TPM/cig.关键词
