AB-8大孔树脂纯化鸡骨草总皂苷的工艺研究
Purification Process of Total Saponins in Abrus cantoniensis Using AB-8 Macroporous Resin
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the purification efficiency of total saponins in Abrus cantoniensis, the conditions and parameters of purification process of total saponins using AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin were studied. The conditions of absorption and desorption were investigated with the indexes;absorption ratio and reserved rate of total saponins. The results showed that the sample loading solution was 1. 00 g/L of 2. 0 BV with pH value of 6. 0 at the sample loading flow rate of 2. 0 BV/h. The elution solvent was 3. 5 BV of 50% ethanol solution with pH value of 7. 0 at flow rate of 4. 0 BV/h. The total saponins reserved rate was 82. 8%, with the purity of 75.18%.关键词
