超细粉碎辅助提取裸燕麦多糖工艺研究
Ultrafine Comminution Assistant Extraction Craft of Oat Polysaccharide from Naked Oat Bran
摘要
Abstract
The ultrafine Comminution assistant extraction craft of oat polysaccharide from naked oat bran was investigated. The bran particle size distribution was determined by small angle x-ray scattering method. Then the extraction parameters were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the mean size, median size and distribution spread of crushed oat bran were 397. 6nm, 408. 9nm and 134. 8nm, respectively. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows; extracting time was 0. 5h, material-water ratio was 1: 20, extracting 4 times at 60℃. The oat polysaccharide yield rate was 0. 126g·g-1. This research provides a theoretical basis for the deep processing of the naked oats, and laid the foundation for further study on naked oat polysaccharide structure-activity relationship.关键词
