基于脏腑经络理论及证素辨证学统一中医外感病辨证方法的思考
Thoughts on unifying differentiation methods for exogenous disease with the theory of viscera and channels and differentiation of syndrome factors
摘要
Abstract
Syndrome differentiation of six channels theory, tri-Jiao theory and defensive qi and nutrition blood theory are three differentiation methods of exogenous disease which are independent, complementary and overlapping to each other. The three theories caused great difficulties in learning and using. It is necessary to carry out their consolidation and unification. Based on the analysis of pathogenesis and syndrome of three theories, it was found that syndrome differentiation of exogenous disease were fundamentally following syndrome differentiation of viscera and channels theory. Based on syndrome differentiation of viscera and channels and differentiation of syndrome elements, the three differentiation theories could be unified. At the same time, the advantages and characteristics of the three differentiation methods for exogenous disease should be kept.关键词
