肝衰竭中医证候分布规律研究
Study on the principle of TCM syndrome distribution in patients with liver failure

Abstract
Objective Thr ough retrospective investigation on 165 patients with acute -on-chronic or chronic liver failure, to reveal the principals of TCM syndrome distribution and its evolution of acute -on -chronic or chronic liver failure. Methods Retrospective study of 165 cases diagnosed with acute-on-chronic or chronic liver failure was conducted to analysis etiology and TCM syndrome. Results 1. Acute-on-chronic or chronic liver failure mostly attacked males at age 41-50 years; its high risk factor was hepatocirrhosis; one of its induction factors was HBV viral replication; excessive work, worry and alcohol were main factors of induction and exacerbation. 2. TCM differentiation were orientated as problems with liver, spleen, gall, stomach and kidney; the syndromes were normally blood stasis, moistness and heat, toxic heat, qi deficiency and liver depression; the main syndrome types were moist heat and yellow, qi deficiency and yellow stasis, stasis of heat and yellow and yang deficiency and yellow. The total effective rate of moist heat and yellow syndrome was higher than the data of other syndrome types. The mortality of qi deficiency and yellow stasis syndrome and yang deficiency and yellow stasis syndrome was higher than the data of other groups. Conclusion Through retrospective investigation on 165 patients with a cute-on-chronic or chronic liver failure, it is clear that TCM syndrome distribution and its evolution have certain principles.关键词
