Synthesis of 2-Amino-4,5-Dimethylbenzoic Acid
摘要
Abstract
2-amino-4,5-dimethylbenzoic acid was synthesized from 3,4-dimethyl aniline by condensation with chloral hydrate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride, cyclization with concentrated H2SO4, and then oxidation in alkaline hydrogen peroxide solution, the overall yield was 34. 3%. The structure of the compound was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H NMR).关键词
