Synthesis and bioactivity of 2-acylamino-5-benzylidenethiazol-4-ones
摘要
Abstract
A series of new 2-acylamino-5-benzylidenethiazol-4-ones (4) have been designed and synthesized by the reactions of substituted benzoyl chloride with intermediate 3. The structures of compounds 4 were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis. The results of bioassay indicate that some compounds possess a certain antitumor activity against KB and CNE2, and the title compound 4a showed certain fungicidal activity against six tested fungi.关键词
