黄山贡菊总黄酮体外抗氧化活性研究
Study on antioxidant activities of total flavonoids from Dendranthema morifolium Tzvel.cv.Gongju in vitro
摘要
Abstract
The total flavonoids from Dendranthema mori folium Tzvel. cv. Gongju was extracted with the assistance of ultrasound. The antioxidant activities of total flavonoids was evaluated by reducing power, metal chelating ability, and scavenging capacity against DPPH · , sodium nitrite. The results showed that the total flavonoids had reducing power with IQ50 value of 0. 171 mg/mL and metal chelating ability with IQ50 value of 1. 529 mg/mL. At the same time, the total flavonoids exhibited scavenging capacity against DPPH · , and sodium nitrite with IC50 values of 0. 323 、 0. 700 mg/mL, respectively. The total flavonoids possessed good antioxidant activities in vitro in a concentration-dependent fashion.关键词
