安徽岳西县四望山初秋部分开花植物的花粉形态
Pollen morphology of flowering plants in early autumn in the region of Siwang mountain, Yuexi County, Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
In order to get the data and map of more present pollen morphological features, the pollen of flowering pants in early autumn from Siwang Mountain, Yuexi county,County, Anhui Province were collected. Some pollen were treated by the method of Er-dtman acetic anhydride decomposition and are made into permanent loading using glycerin cement and paraffin wax. The morphological features of pollen are observed and measured, and the photographs are taken under light microscope (LM). Other pollen were stuck to copper platform carried with platinum foil, observing and taking photos under Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). As a result, data of pollen morphology and map both under LM and SEM were obtained, which contain flowering plants of 20 species, 1 subspecies and 2 variety representing 23 genera, 16 families from Siwang Mountain in early autumn. The data consisted of the size, shape, structure of the germinal aperture and the exine sculpture, etc.关键词
