Abstract

There kinds of 2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitropyridine-l-oxide(ANPyO) and hexogen-based polymer bonded explosives molding powder were prepared via a solution-water suspending-distillation method using nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR-26) , fluorine bubber 2 311 and 2 603 as binders. The structures and properties of three PBX samples were characterized by laser particle size analysis, scanning electron microscope, differential scanning calorimetry, thermograimetry, impact and friction sensitivity and detonation velocity tests. Results show that the average particle size of the PBX samples are close and located near 50μm, the BET specific surface area are 0. 5m2 o g-1or so; the melting endothermic peaks of the PBX samples are about 206. 5℃ , the decomposition peaks are between 231-235℃ , and the impact and friction sensitivity of ones are 44% and 32% , respectively. The thermal stability of PBX samples are lower than that of ANPyO and mechanical sensitivity of PBX samples are lower than that of RDX.
