FT-IR Study on the Curing Reaction of Isophorone Diisocyanate with the Glycidyl Azide Polymer and Its Prepolymer with Nitrocellose
摘要
Abstract
The glycidyl azide polymer(GAP) /isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) system and GAP-IPDI/prepolymer/ nitrocellose(NC) system were prepared. Their curing reaction kinetics was studied by FT-IR. The experimental results show that the reaction rates of the two systems increase with an increase in temperature. When the content of the curing catalyst T12 is 0. 025%, the apparent activation energy of the curing reaction for the two systems are 64. 88kJ/mol and 111. 19kJ/mol, respectively, and the reaction appeares as second-order kinetic reaction.关键词
