HPLC Determination of Oroxin A and Oroxin B in Oroxylum indicum (L.) Vent
摘要
Abstract
An HPLC method was used for the determination of Oroxin A and Oroxin B in Oroxylum indicum (L. ) Vent. A COSMOSIL-C18-MS-Ⅱ (4. 6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of V(methanol) : V(φp(phosphoric acid water) =0. 2%) = 4 : 6, at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min. The wavelength of VWD detector was set at 278 nm and the column temperature was 25. 0 ℃. The linear range of Oroxin A was 0. 05—2. 0 μg (r2 =0. 999 9) , and the mean recovery was 101. 14%(RSD=1.07%, n = 6); the linear range of Oroxin B was 0.050—2.0 μg （r2=0. 999 9), and the mean recovery was 100. 41%(RSD=2. 26%, n = 6).关键词
