A Research Review of RNA Interference Mechanisms and Its Applications in Plants
摘要
Abstract
RNA interference(RNAi)in cells is an inhibitive phenomenon which is induced by expression of homologous sequence gene through exogenous or endogenous dsNA. Since the discovery of RNAi phenomenon in the mid 1990s, it has become the focus of biochemistry and molecular biology. This article briefly introduces characteristics, key factors and main action mechanism of RNAi in different levels, and application researches on plant stress resistance, function gene, plant breeding, plant disease resistance, plant nutrition, fruit freshness preservation, and so on, which can provide reference for further researches on RNAi in plant.关键词
