垫形双皮菌原质团发育形成子实体的观察
Observation on the Fructification from Plasmodium of Diderma effusum
摘要
Abstract
Plasmodium was obtained from moist chamber culture and transferred to agar culture for subculture. Multifactor analysis was used to screen the sporulation condition, and morphological changes of fructifications development were observed. The results showed that the fructification of D. effusum was sporangium to plasmodiocarp. The complete, thick fan-like plasmodium under hunger, wet, 20 ~ 25 ℃ condition was necessary for the development of fructification and dark and light scattering alternately was beneficial to forming the fructification of D. effusum.关键词
