一种快速的固体核径迹图像分割方法
Fast segmentation algorithm for solid-state nuclear track image
摘要
Abstract
This paper proposed a fast and efficient segmentation algorithm to ensure the accuracy of parameter analysis. First step was rough segmentation, which used the morphological open operator for noise filtering. Then separated overlapping track regions by a morphological dilation of centers. The center regions and radius of dilation was calculated with distance transformation. Experiment results show that the algorithm is robust. It can efficiently process tracks larger than 2 μm in diameter. Accuracy is better than 90%. It has been successfully applied in actual projects.关键词
