某样车前悬特性分析及优化方法研究
Analysis and optimization of front suspension characteristics based on ADAMS
摘要
Abstract
The Macpherson front suspension of sample vehicle is modeled and simulated based on ADAMS/CAR. The simulation results of wheel alignments and wheel jumping are compared and verified with the corresponding parameters of K&C bench tests of sample vehicle suspension. Then some hard point' s location of the suspension is optimized by the sensitivity analysis and regression analysis in ADAMS/insight. The optimization results show that the values of camber angle, toe angle has been reduced and the values of kingpin inclination angle,caster angle has been slightly varied,which is beneficial to vehicle handling stability and also verified that the improved optimization method is feasible.关键词
