Abstract

Processing of castings in the rough sidewall window frames,do 2D knife road design on winding boundary expand and use CAM of rotating axis to function implementation its to horizontal four axis processing knife road of conversion. Actual processing also must predict the uniformity of the distribution of blank margin, and thus choose their milling parallel machining tool path program. Otherwise must adjust knife set. The same time,propose requirements to the quality of the bottom edge of the flat cutter.
