摘要

Abstract

The single neural network PID controller was used in the model simulation analysis of the full-hydraulic straightening machine. And the Ziegler-Nichols tuning method has been adopted and the initialization value of the single neural network PID controller' s weight values has been obtained through a number of simulation experiments. By simulation and analysis, the method not only solves the initialization problem of the single neural network PID controller weight value, but also applies the single neural network PID controller into this new area of the hydraulic servo control and provides a new and effective control way for the full-hydraulic straightening machine.
