Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of drug therapy and radiofrequency ablation for ventricular arrhythmia. Method We selected 80 cases of ventricular arrhythmias in The People' s Hospital of Yuxi from September 2009 to October 2012. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with RF ablation under three-dimensional electrical mapping system (carto) Guidance. Patients in the control group were treated with drug therapy including oral administration of amiodarone and propafenone. The dynamic ECG of patients was rechecked one month after treatment, and the efficacy was compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences in the significant efficiency and total efficiency between two groups. The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than the control group. The complications in in the treatment group was less than the control group (5% vs. 15% ). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of radiofrequency ablation under 3D electrical mapping system (carto) guidance is better than drug treatment for ventricular arrhythmias.关键词
