摘要

Abstract

Atherosclerosis is one of the major cardiovascular disease. However resveratrol in red wine has the function of anti-atherosclerosis, and regulating STAT3 and mTOR signaling pathways is the key point for its anti-atherosclerotic role. This paper reviews the progress of STAT3 and mTOR signaling pathway and resveratrol anti-atherosclerosis through these two pathways, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of resveratrol.
