Abstract
Objective To study the value of combined detection of β -HCG, progesterone in identification of early ectopic pregnancy. Methods We selected 41 outpatients and inpatients with ectopic pregnancy who admitted in our hospital from May to Novermber 2012 as the experimental group, and selected 42 normal pregnant women as control group, then detected and compared the serum β -HCG and progesterone levels. Results The serum β -HCG and progesterone concentration of 41 entopic pregnancy patients was 177.8 ± 285.3 IU/1 and 4.1 ± 3.5 ng/ml, respectively, significantly lower than those in 42 normal pregnant women ( β -HCG : 22129.5 ± 18224.9IU/1, progesterone: 23.9 ± 7 ng/ml (P<0.01). Conclusion β -HCG and progesterone are important indices for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, dynamic monitoring of serum β -HCG, combined with B ultrasound examination, can make early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.关键词
