宫颈癌根治术后常规放射治疗与三维适形放射治疗的临床观察
A clinical comparative study between conventional radiotherapy and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the radical feasibility and clinical advantages of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in treating cervical cancer. Methods 90 cases of cervical cancer were selected and they were divided into observation group with 46 cases for three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and control group with 44 for conventional radiotherapy. A comprehensive evaluation was made to judge the clinical efficacy, treatment side effects, quality of life and etc for two treatment options. Results The 2-year survival and local control rates for both groups were 100%. But there were difference in adverse reactions: the observation group's response rates to the rectum, bladder reaction were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Although the overall curative effect between three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy is similar and has no difference in statistically significance, the treatment of the former can reduce the incidence of rectal and severity of reaction, and can improve the patients' quality of life.关键词
