育龄期与围绝经期女性血清性激素水平与骨钙素的关系
Relation of reproductive hormones and serum osteocalcin with perimenopausal and child-bearing women

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the practical value of serum N-mid osteocalcin (N-midBGP) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone, estradiol Ⅱ on the bone metabolism in perimenopausal women. Methods Serum levels of FSH, luteinizing hormone, estradiol Ⅱ and N-midBGP were detected in 130 cases of perimenopausal women (study group) and 60 cases of normal fertile group (control group) by using electrochemiluminescence method. Results There was significant difference in serum levels of FSH, luteinizing hormone, estradiol Ⅱ , N-midBGP for the two groups (P <0.01). Correlation analysis showed that while serum levels of FSH, luteinizing hormone, N-midBGP increased the serum level of estradiol Ⅱ decreased in the perimenopausal women. Conclusion Detecting the changes of serum osteocalcin and reproductive hormone levels has an important value for early prevention, diagnosis and treatment the osteoporosis in perimenopausal women.关键词
