兰州市可疑脑瘫高危儿童早期干预训练治疗的临床疗效观察
Clinical curative effect observation of the early intervention training treatment on suspected cerebral palsy of high risk infants in Lanzhou City

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of early intervention training therapy on the prognosis of cerebral palsy. Methods 43 cases of the control group were given nutritional brain cell therapy. Observation group, based on the therapy of the control group, did some gross movement, fine movement and language training, as well as got the audio-visual tactile stimulation. After the course, at age 1, clinical assessment and Gesell scale were completed. Results The total effective rates were 90.70% for the observation group, 69.77% for the control group. The observation group's gross movement behavior function area, fine movement behavior function area, adaptive behavior function area, language behavior function area, personal social behavior function area and developmental quotient were all higher than those in control group, and the difference was significant in two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Early comprehensive intervention rehabilitation therapy for high risk infants suspected of cerebral palsy has notable curative effects to improve the prognosis and the quality of life.关键词
