“易丰收”对干旱胁迫条件下玉米幼苗生理生化特性的影响
Effects of ‘ Yifengshou' on Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Maize Seedlings under Drought Stress
摘要
Abstract
With hypertonic PEG-6000 solution simulating natural drought, the changes of physiological and biochemical characteristics of seedlings leaves were compared between seed dressing with" Yifengshou"and dealing with simple hypertonic PEG-6000 solution. The results showed that with the duration of drought stress,corn plants dealing with seed dressing process by "Yifengshou" compared with dealing with simple hypertonic PEG-6000 solution, the relative water content of leaf was increased by 28% , the relative electric conductivity was decreased by 45% , the soluble sugar was increased by 11% , the content of malonaldehyde was decreased by 23% , the free proline content was increased by 16% , which showed that "Yifengshou" could improve the drought-resistant of corn.关键词
