摘要

Abstract

Tissue culture of Bergenia crassifolia ( L. ) Fritsch was developed by organogenesis with apical buds as the ex-plants. The results were that, the efficient multiplication medium was reformed MS supplement with 0. 1 mg/L NAA, 1.0 mg/L BA, and 0. 5 mg/L PVP, the average multiplication rate was 3.03. 1/2MS with IBA 1.0 mg/L and PVP 0.5 mg/L was the optimal rooting medium, and the rooting rate was about 90%. Acclimatized the regenerated plants in medium of muck, yellow sand and perlite(2:1:1) , the survival rate reached to 90% . Therefore, the rapid propagation system for Bergenia crassifolia was established.
