两种基质对曼地亚红豆杉扦插育苗的影响
A study on effect of two kinds of matrix for Taxus media Rehd.cutting propagation
摘要
Abstract
The quality of Taxus media Rehd. steckling cultivated in perlite matrix and soil matrix were studied in this paper. The results showed that compared with the steckling cultivated in perlite matrix, steckling cultivated in soil matrix sprouted more new shoots and had bigger growth rate, faster root lignification and larger basal diameter. The quality of the steckling cultivated in soil matrix was higher than in perlite matrix.关键词
