细绒棉性能与精梳纱棉结关系的研究
Research of Relationship between Medium Cotton Property and Neps in Combed Yarn
摘要
Abstract
Relationship between medium cotton property and neps in combed yarn were researched. Research status of the relationship between raw cotton quality and neps in yarn were introduced. Matlab software was used as analysis tool, through adopting stepwise regression analysis on practical test data in mills, better regression model were established. The result shows that the main factors of effecting neps in combed yarn are short fabric content and seed fragments. Through examination, prediction theory result of regression model coincides with test data. It is considered that the analysis method and regression model can be used to provide references for cotton assorting and quantitative predictive analysis neps in combed yarn.关键词
