Effect Analysis of FA506 Spinning Frame Hollow Roller Compact Spinning Modification
摘要
Abstract
Spinning effect of hollow roller compact spinning modification was discussed. Principle of hollow roller compact spinning and method of modification on FA506 spinning frame were introduced. The spinning effect was contrasted to traditional ring spinning, three-roller compact spinning and four-roller compact spinning. The result shows that evenness of the yarn spun by the modification is better, the hairiness is less, the strength is lower slightly to lattice apron compact spinning. It is considered that quality of the yarn spun by the modification is better, the operating cost is lower, the promotional value is better.关键词
